Posmay Media collects, retains and uses only the information about our customers that is required by law to administer our business and provide high-level services to our clients. We retain this information no longer than necessary to meet these objectives.
We will not attempt to identify you or your browsing activity except, in the unlikely event of an investigation, where a law enforcement agency may produce a warrant to inspect our ISP’s logs.
We will only record your email address or other details you provide if you send us a message to request more information, for example emailing an enquiry.
Your details will be handled in the strictest confidence and will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided them. We will not use or disclose your details to a third-party without your consent.
Our Privacy Policy and our approach to privacy adheres to the South African Government’s National Privacy Principles contained within the new Privacy Act.
